    Benefit's benetint (review)

Honestly, when I first got to know Benefit by walking around in Pavilion and The Gardens, I thought it was a pretty cool brand with gorgeous decorations. It also thought it would be an especially good brand to splurge in due to the hype and how it's imported (typical aunty thought). And since it's placed in high-end places like this, I assumed the price was beyond imagination.

This product that I have here is my first Benefit product that I got.

And when I open that flap, I see this pretty interior with pictures teaching me how to put it on. I'd say it's genius because putting it on is so simple and the instructions illustrated in picture does not require me to strain me eyes to read.

And when I take out that bottle, the liquid inside with the consistency of water is blood red.

It looks like a vial of blood. AHHA. No, I'm not a vampire.
Under the sun, the red looks amazing. D:

To start things off, I'd like to confess to you guys that I actually have a very pale face. Like bloodless kind of face. And since I don't wear make up like most girls, I opted for lip balms with color, Maybelline's Baby Lips (cherry kiss).

    Like this.
However, when I tried on Benefit's benetint (rose) today, I realized that it gives me a type of redness or glow that I think is amazingly natural and I don't have to go through my day by struggling to make sure that my lip balm has not faded.
Check out the color difference between my two fingers. The tinted one is on the right.
I know it does not make much difference but subtle changes like this are the ones that matter most. People wouldn't even notice that you applied something and yet you would look vibrant! ;)

What I thought about this product is that it gives a very natural redness to the skin (lips, cheeks). It lasts quite a while, disaster proof, anything proof and definitely great for people who prefer the natural style of make up.

Besides, it also has this really amazing rose smell to it so you could smell amazing even after putting it on. When I had it on, I actually thought I smelt good and it gave me confidence. :]

I LOVE IT ! THE BRAND, THE PRODUCTS, EVERYTHING.
(not only because all the products have interesting quirky names but also because the products are actually good).

Benefit also provides a range of this tints. It does not only come in the rose tint but the Posie tint and the Cha Cha tint. (method of applying, description and probably most of what you might be curious about the product is on the website, just click on the links)

The posie tint is pinkish, like the baby pink kind. So it could help you achieve this really young, fresh look.

The cha cha tint is more towards the orangey kind of tint.

In the end, it depends on which kind of make up you are going for and choose based on that.
For now, I would say that Benefit's benetint (rose) is amazing for me and I'm falling in love with it.
The brand is something to look out for. HEHEH.

In conclusion, I think Benefit's benetint is one hell of a product, perfect for me, young adults, teens, and even mature ladies.

    n. the awareness of the smallness of your perspective, by which you couldn’t possibly draw any meaningful conclusions at all, about the world or the past or the complexities of culture, because although your life is an epic and unrepeatable anecdote, it still only has a sample size of one, and may end up being the control for a much wilder experiment happening in the next room.

    The person behind this blog

She is a 21 year-old awkwardly enthusiastic individual who loves the idea of photography and is constantly looking for opportunities to travel around the world.

She loves lounging the around the house watching TV shows and movies in her pajamas while sipping tea (English breakfast is the way to go).

If you wish to make her happy, buy her candy, but do not lure her into dark alleys with those. Also, she finds it stupid to refer to herself as a third person.
