    BAM!

    Mount Kinabalu

    Day 1
I got on the plane, feeling excited.
    I stayed in TUNE hotel...
It may be the smallest room I have ever stayed in, but it costed as small as the room...[cheap].
It was cozy and the bed was marvelous!
After settling down, my parents, aunt, uncle, brother and I decided to take a walk in the town..
We took a shuttle bus to town, by the time we reached, it was already 9.00 [p/s we landed at six and took us a few hours b4 going to town]
After walking for a short while, we decided that it's getting late..
HOWEVER, we missed the last bus and was stranded... We took a cab back and it was COSTLY...
after that, we threw ourselves onto the hotel bed and slept soundly...

    Day 2
We woke up early and got ready for our journey to Kinabalu Park...
Before going to the park, we took some time off to visit the Poring hotsprings & the rafflesia.
The water in the hotsprings burnt my feet, I can practically hear my feet calling for help (exaggerating)
After the "wonderful" experience, we went to see the rafflesia and paid a fortune just to get a peek of it...
    Then, we continued our journey...
As the car was moving, I saw something amazing that blew me off my seat...
the thing was the scenery, When I look to the windows, it is as if i see the horizons.
I thought I caught a glimpse of heaven when I saw the peak of the mount kinabalu above the fluffiest clouds...
The sight moved me and I just can't keep my eyes off it...

    Nothing special after that

    SKIP day 3...(too boring)

    Day 4
Before going back to kota kinabalu, we took some time off to go to the tip of borneo...
I went there, and I climbed down the rocks[orwhateveritiscalled] to actually be at the tip of the tip of borneo...

Here are some pictures to help you understand better...

The sign that shows, "THE TIP OF BORNEO!"

See... I climbed down that way...

The tip of the Tip of Borneo... (:

Sadly, there is one embarassing story behind this trip, but I ain't gonna reveal it...Haha
Then, went to town to eat bak kut teh [nice for everyone, sucks for me]
    After that, TIDUUUR!

    Day 5
    Woke up pretty damn early.
    Went to philipino market [don'tknowhowtospell]
    Go to airport~
waited for one hour b4 boarding...
    And said GOODBYE to Sabah~

    occhiolism

    n. the awareness of the smallness of your perspective, by which you couldn’t possibly draw any meaningful conclusions at all, about the world or the past or the complexities of culture, because although your life is an epic and unrepeatable anecdote, it still only has a sample size of one, and may end up being the control for a much wilder experiment happening in the next room.

    The person behind this blog

    The person behind this blog

She is a 21 year-old awkwardly enthusiastic individual who loves the idea of photography and is constantly looking for opportunities to travel around the world.

She loves lounging the around the house watching TV shows and movies in her pajamas while sipping tea (English breakfast is the way to go).

If you wish to make her happy, buy her candy, but do not lure her into dark alleys with those. Also, she finds it stupid to refer to herself as a third person.
