These days, i kept thinking of the reason behind why love hurts. It took me hours and hours of deep thoughts to actually figure out what love truly means and why it hurts so bad for so many people.
Love is when you are able to reach out and lend a hand, care, and take note of other people's feelings without any selfish thoughts.
The feelings of giving is enough to satisfy and in return, love is shown.
In my own opinion,
love had always hurt because of the realisation of that certain someone will never appreciate your love despite how to try to convince them that you truly love them for who they are.
The care and giving to someone who doesn't appreciate you tire you out but you kept going in hope of looking for justice.
After that painful realisation, feelings began to hurt and love no longer feel beautiful. (:
However, don't give up on love. Persevere. (:
