    Father's day

    Let's start off with 10 Father's day facts !
1.) Father's day is celebrated every second sunday of June.
2.) Father's day is created by Sonora Dodd in 1909 whose idea dawned upon her while listening to Mother's day sermon. She realized that her father (raised 6 children!) deserved a day of celebration.
3.) Most popular search on google related to this day is "Father's Day crafts"
The children very good lah ! They're willing to make presents for their dad.
4.) Official father's day flower is the ROSE !
    Didn't know father's have a soft-side for this lor.
5.) In Australia, Father's day is on the first sunday of september and the day is spent killing crocodiles with bare hands !
I wouldn't want an Australian husband now. D:  So scary lah
6.) 50% of the Father's day cards are sent by sons and daughters, 30% are by wives, the other 20%? Are handed to unsuspecting men from women during a pause after saying, "Guess what?"
7.) Tie is the most traditional and famous father's day gift.
Ahaha ! I have never bought a tie for my dad before. Ain't a failure but my dad hates ties. ;D
8.) Most greeting cards are humorous on father's day because it is said that HUMOR is the best language to express your love towards your dads.
9.) Twice the amount of money is spent during Mother's day compared to Father's day because father's presents are more affordable than Mother's
Mother's usually are happier with jewellery and expensive stuff, typical women lah.
10.) Father's day is celebrated at different days around the world !

Okay ! Now, about my Father's day
Last night, yes, Father's day EVE.
We headed off to The Gardens to get some ice-cream and some sushi.
Our first stop was of course Hokkaido Ichiba.
Had rolls of ice-cream called "nama .....something" it's on the desert menu, favourites section.
We also had a double scoop ice-cream, black sesame and hokkaido melon flavour !
Damn nice, it's amazing how japanese can come up with such amazing ice-creams
After that, we headed off to Sushi Zanmai to have a bite to eat.
We were supposed to be the last customers of the day but two ladies snuck behind the us and convinced the waiter "gor gor" to let them in.
I laughed non-stop. HEHEHEH. Girl power lah

    The day was all amazing,
    until until until !
I forgot to take the parking ticket from the autopay machine after paying
Went to the exit only realized. ):
Ran all the way back to the same autopay machine and it wasn't there !
I panicked and ran to the nearest cashier.
Filled in a form to report.
THANK GOD, i had the receipt or else, i would have to pay RM 50 for losing the ticket.
Lesson of the day : Make it a habit to request for receipt.

    Okay, so today !
    The actual Father's day
Headed off to Seremban to celebrate with mah granpapa
82 Years old and still rockin' !

    Outfit of the day
    (Necklace, Earring, Spaghetti top from Forever 21;
Watch from Fossil; Cut-out shoulder blouse from Zalora)

So, we ate in a chinese restaurant.
Pretty fancy, we booked a total of 3 tables ! for 3 families lah. (extended)
Our table's food costed RM 175. Hoho.
And oh ! I would recommend this restaurant is you were to head to Seremban for events (chinese food)
It's called Kong Ming in Oakland Commerce Square.

Other than that, the day was pretty boring. Walked in Jusco.
BUT ! I have to mention that we basically took a bunch of stuff and food from my grandparents house.
    Teeeheeee. Like daylight robbery.
    Okay, that's all !
Hope you enjoyed your Father's day. <3

    n. the awareness of the smallness of your perspective, by which you couldn’t possibly draw any meaningful conclusions at all, about the world or the past or the complexities of culture, because although your life is an epic and unrepeatable anecdote, it still only has a sample size of one, and may end up being the control for a much wilder experiment happening in the next room.

    The person behind this blog

She is a 21 year-old awkwardly enthusiastic individual who loves the idea of photography and is constantly looking for opportunities to travel around the world.

She loves lounging the around the house watching TV shows and movies in her pajamas while sipping tea (English breakfast is the way to go).

If you wish to make her happy, buy her candy, but do not lure her into dark alleys with those. Also, she finds it stupid to refer to herself as a third person.
