Apologies to whoever that reads my blog and the future me who will probably read this and sigh at the sight of it.
Recently when I walked around in malls looking for food and running errands with Jeremy, I realized how certain parents would put their child in a leash.
Yes my dear friends, A LEASH.
I realize what the pros of a leash could be after thinking about it. It keeps your child safe and constantly around you while you're busy doing your own things.
Besides that, the child can also explore and run around without bothering you much.
I get it, the pains of having to look after a hyperactive child.
But, I do have to disagree with the child leash idea especially in places that is not crowded with people.
I think that leashes are for pets and should be kept like that.
No, i'm not conservative or not creative but I simply feel bad for the child.
Children have feelings too and being restrained by a rope is unfair to them.
I mean come on your child is not an animal. He/she doesn't have to be held back by a leash. Exploration is necessary in a child's life.
I know what you're going to say, "Oh, it's necessary to keep them from running away or getting abducted."
But I guess this boils down to how you take care of your own child.
As a child, I do get lost but from there I learnt that the world is not always as safe as I think it would be and I learn how to be obedient when I am out in a crowded place.
Call me naive or whatever it is but it hurts me to see a child being on a leash. It's not fair.
Anyways (to lighten things up), here are some of my OOTDs.
