HELP World Mental Health Day 2012

Venue: Piazza, The Curve

Date: 27th & 28th of Oct 2012

Time: 8 a.m - 8 p.m.

Our mission is to advocate mental health awareness with education.
And I definitely hope that we had made a change.

It's already the end of HELP World Mental Health Day 2012
But this doesn't mean it's the end of our cause.
Depression is not something that we should ever forget.
It may sound simplistic/petty/taboo to you, but it is not to those suffering from it.

I have learnt so much and met so many amazing people.
made so many friends which i now consider my "family"
This team is definitely my most treasured one yet. <3 p="p">We've gone through so much ups and downs for the past few months that...
it doesn't matter where we are. I WOULD STILL LOVE YOU GUYS.

Throughout the entire event, I have also had many experiences, like these:

 Camwhoring during Mcd.

 Discovering the fact that when you talk with balloons beside your ears,

YOU CAN HEAR YOURSELF SPEAK

(I'm no bimbo, just cute).

lol.

Learnt to express exaggerated emotions during concerts.

Wrote a note saying, "You're beautiful"

Learnt to make a stress ball.

This is Changey, my new friend. (:

Drowned a friend in a sea of balloons.

Washed up to 70 cars for fundraising.

Appeared in news (Borneopost and more)

And so much others that if i listed it out, you might just sleep.

I have also heard so many wonderful voices and performances, like:
