    Ironman 3 (review)

WOOO ! It's been a long time since my last movie review.
To start my movie reviews again, I guess Ironman 3 would be the worthy movie to begin with.

    Warning: May contain spoilers

    Plot:
This story is a sequel of Ironman and Ironman 2. In this sequel, Tony Stark (Robert Downy Jr.) faces off with a villain created from his past. He suffers from anxiety attacks after the alien invasion in the Avengers and stays awake by immersing himself in his iron suit and creating more of them. This sequel is interesting as the villains have the power to regenerate from wounds, generate large amounts of heat and melt metals. Stark finds himself battling the villain and also fighting against his anxiety while trying to protect Pepper (Gwyneth Paltrow).

    What I think:
It is definitely more complicated in terms of psychology of Tony stark, the plot as well as the villain's powers.
I love how complicated it is that every line in the movie actually means something.

    The story:
Like any other marvel movies, the plots are fairly similar.
Starts off with the background of the hero, the introduction of the villain, the fight then the winning of the hero.
Being Marvel, i guess it is something they could not stray far from.
However, I did appreciate the fact that they did try to put in a little more "human" character in ironman by showing that he too, suffers from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
Instead of having all heroes immune to almost everything, they did well.

Besides that, the movie also has a few surprises and twists in store.
One involves the identity of the villain, the iron suit as well as pepper.

I love how unexpected the movie is.

Lastly, I think the best part of the movie is the relationships formed in this movie.
The most memorable is actually the relationship between Tony Stark and a little boy who was abandoned by his father.
    THE BEST.

    The effects:
    The CG was amazing.
The background, explosions, fires, and the sceneries are just gorgeous.
I would not be surprised as the cost put into this movie itself is high (200 million).
    I have no complaints.
    Nada.

    The characters:
The actors are well come on, A-listers.
They act so well that I see them as the character instead of an actor.
And that, is what i call a real actor, the ones that can persuade you to believe that they are the characters themselves.

Besides, i mean come on. The actors are hot !
    Look at Gwyneth Paltrow.
    She's smoking !
Not to forget about the sexy Robert Downy Jr. as well. Hahah

"Those who enjoy comic-book-inspired films merely for the action will find this latest attempt a solid effort. But comic book purists will have to deal with seeing less Iron Man and some twists that defy the accepted mythology of Marvel Comics." - Alison Gang

    n. the awareness of the smallness of your perspective, by which you couldn’t possibly draw any meaningful conclusions at all, about the world or the past or the complexities of culture, because although your life is an epic and unrepeatable anecdote, it still only has a sample size of one, and may end up being the control for a much wilder experiment happening in the next room.

    The person behind this blog

She is a 21 year-old awkwardly enthusiastic individual who loves the idea of photography and is constantly looking for opportunities to travel around the world.

She loves lounging the around the house watching TV shows and movies in her pajamas while sipping tea (English breakfast is the way to go).

If you wish to make her happy, buy her candy, but do not lure her into dark alleys with those. Also, she finds it stupid to refer to herself as a third person.
